How Partnering Works
Apply to Join
Tell us about your fleet. Partners must have a minimum of two vehicles to meet insurance and operational requirements.
Connect Your Vehicles
Add your vehicles with photos, details, and availability. All vehicles must include telematics for safety, accuracy, and trip verification. Use your existing telematics provider or Vubo’s recommended device.
Set Your Pickup Location
Choose where renters will pick up and return your vehicles. You maintain possession of your fleet — no storage or handoff burden on Vubo.

Requirements
Partner Requirements
Minimum Fleet Size
Partners must list at least two vehicles to qualify for commercial rental insurance and platform approval.
Vehicle Standards
- Clean, well-maintained vehicles
- Valid registration
- No major mechanical issues
- Accurate photos and details
Telematics (Required)
All vehicles must include GPS tracking for trip verification, mileage accuracy, safety, dispute protection, and operational transparency.
Partners may use their existing telematics provider or Vubo’s recommended plug-and-play device.
Insurance Requirements
All partners must carry commercial rental insurance for their vehicles. If you’re new to fleet insurance, we’ll guide you on what to ask your provider so you can get set up quickly and confidently.
Insurance is chosen and managed by the partner.
Pickup Location
Partners must provide a consistent, reliable pickup/return location to ensure a smooth renter experience.

Manitoba (MB) Partners
Vubo partners in Manitoba operate under a fleet-based model. Individual hosts are not currently supported due to provincial regulatory constraints. Approved fleet partners can onboard vehicles, manage availability, and operate within Vubo's commercial framework.
Eligibility Requirements (MB)
To participate as a Manitoba fleet partner, you must:
- Operate as a registered business entity in Manitoba
- Provide commercial insurance coverage for all vehicles
- Meet all provincial vehicle safety standards
- Maintain commercial-grade fleet operations, including maintenance and documentation
- Agree to Vubo's fleet partner terms and compliance standards

Approved partners can:
